The investment at 21 Głogowska Street is realized by company C&M S.A., whose shareholders are Wielkopolskie Centrum Wspierania Inwestycji sp. z o.o. oraz NOVUM MANAGEMENT SPÓŁKA z o.o. Spółka Komandytowo – Akcyjna. The company deals with the construction and operation of the hotel in Poznań, as well as with renting hotel areas for office, trade and service purposes; it also specializes in congress organization.

The commencement of the hotel construction is planned for 2014.
